My best friend called Old Navy and told them she wanted to enlist. She said, “Freedom is the only thing worth killing people for and I’ve always wanted to be the captain of a really big ship.” The woman said, “Miss, this is not the US NAVY! This is Old Navy! We are a division of The Gap Incorporated!” So my friend called The Gap and told the manager she’d been attacked by an angry dog. She said her Gap jeans were so finally stitched the dogs teeth didn’t leave a scratch. She was wondering, “Could I please have the name and address of the little boy or girl in India who made my jeans so I could send him or her a thank you letter?” I’m not kidding when I say- the manager almost wept as he said, “Well, I don’t know if i can find you the actual name of the little girl or boy, but I might be able to find the address of the factory where the child is employed.
